Differential Scanning Calorimeter DSC 8000 (Perkin Elmer)

  • temperature range from -160°C to +600°C
  • heating rates from 0.01 ºC to 200 ºC/min
  • precision ±0.008°C
  • measures heat-flow (energy) directly without the need for conversion
  • the two furnaces are much lower in mass than a single furnace allowing much faster 
  • thermal response and faster cool down times
  • high-pressure cell option enabling measurement of samples to 600 psi (41 bar)
