Agilent 800 Mhz NMR Spectrometer

The 18.8 T, narrow bore 54 mm superconductive magnet provides a strong, stable and homogeneous external magnetic field. The system is equipped with four different NMR probes:

  • 1H{13C/15N}, 5mm, PFG, Triple Resonance Probe designed for triple resonance experiments of biomolecular samples (peptides, nucleic acids). It enables simultaneous irradiation of carbon 13C and nitrogen 15N. It is equipped with automatic tuning unit. Variable temperature range -20 oC ÷ 80 oC.
  •  X{1H}, 5mm, PFG, Broadband Probe for double resonance studies. It enables observation of low frequency broadband nuclei (X → 15N, 13C, 31P). Variable temperature range -80 oC ÷ 120 oC.
  • Wide Bore Triple Resonance T3 MAS XY{1H-19F}, 1.6 mm, designed for solid state measurements. It has a triply tuned circuit for three channel operation. Both the high frequency and the low frequency channels can be used for detection or decoupling. The low frequency channels can be tuned for various nuclei (X →31P - 79Br, Y → 23Na – 15N). An integrated rotor module (MAS) which operates with 1.6 mm rotor diameter allows one to spin the sample up to 40 kHz. Variable temperature range -40 oC ÷ 60 oC.
  • Wide Bore Triple Resonance T3 MAS XY{1H-19F}, 3.2 mm, designed for solid state measurements. It has a triply tuned circuit for three channel operation. Both the high frequency and the low frequency channels can be used for detection or decoupling. The low frequency channels can be tuned for various nuclei (X →31P - 79Br, Y → 23Na – 15N). An integrated rotor module (MAS) which operates with 3.2 mm rotor diameter allows one to spin the sample up to 25 kHz. Variable temperature range -75 oC ÷ 100 oC.
 

Agilent 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer

Agilent 600 MHz NMR spectrometer can be setup for diffusion, liquids and microimaging experiments.

Available probeheads:

  •  5 mm DOTY DSI-1374 - 1H + lock, Max. magnetic field gradient=25 T/m
  •  5 mm DOTY DSI-1372 - 2H, 13C, {1H}, lock, Max. magnetic field gradient=25 T/m
  •  High resolution 5 mm OneNMR Probe
  •  10 mm 1H{X} - microimaging uMRI probe
  •  30 mm millipede 1H (1.5 T/m) microimaging uMRI probe
 

Agilent 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer

The 9.4 T, wide bore 89 mm superconductive magnet provides a large homogeneous volume and more space for solids probe configurations. The system is equipped with four different NMR probes:
 

  •  OneNMR Probe X{1H-19F}, 5mm, dedicated to liquids and solutions NMR. It enables observation and decoupling of high frequency and low frequency broadband nuclei (X → 15N, 13C, 31P) and it is equipped with an automatic tuning unit. Variable temperature range -80 oC ÷ 130 oC.
  •   NanoProbe 1H{15N-31P}, 4mm, PFG, MAS. It is designed for single or double resonance studies of very limited sample volume. It offers magic angle spinning with 40 μL sample volume. Variable temperature range 0 oC ÷ 50 oC.
  •   Wide Bore Triple Resonance T3 MAS XY{1H-19F}, 4mm, designed for solid state measurements. It has a triply tuned circuit for three channel operation. Both the high frequency and the low frequency channels can be used for detection or decoupling. The low frequency channels can be tuned for various nuclei (X →31P - 79Br, Y → 23Na – 15N). An integrated rotor module (MAS) which operates with 4mm rotor diameter allows one to spin the sample up to 18 kHz. Variable temperature range -150 oC ÷ 250 oC.
  •    Wide Bore Triple Resonance T3 MAS XY{1H-19F}, 6mm, designed for solid state measurements. It has a triply tuned circuit for three channel operation. Both the high frequency and the low frequency channels can be used for detection or decoupling. The low frequency channels can be tuned for various nuclei (X →31P - 79Br, Y → 23Na – 15N). An integrated rotor module (MAS) which operates with 6mm rotor diameter allows one to spin the sample up to 9 kHz. Variable temperature range -150 oC ÷ 250 oC.
