NanoBioMedical Centre at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan is seeking excellent candidate for postdoctoral position in nanotechnology applied to biomedicine.
The candidate will be hired within a project “Nanomaterials and their potential application to biomedicine” (The National Centre for Research and Development) and will be working in biological and chemical laboratory. The work will be oriented at chemical synthesis, biofunctionalization and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles (e.g. hematite, magnetite) and metallic nanoparticles (e.g. Au, Ag). The candidate should possess experience and scientific achievements in:
- chemical synthesis of magnetic and metallic nanoparticles;
- biofunctionalization of obtained structures;
- physical and biological characterization of magnetic and metallic nanostructures.
 
Requirements: PhD in physical sciences or life sciences.
